We’ve been spending a lot of time in this room lately so I thought I’d share some of our favorite items. First, this foam mat is a must for a kids playroom. It’s durable and cleans so easy. I cannot imagine having a rug in this room since they are constantly playing with play dough, markers, chalk, etc.
The wall decor is just peel & stick decals. It’s such a cheap and easy way to change the entire look of a room. Plus, if you decide you don’t like it, it comes off in seconds and doesn’t harm your paint. The tassels are also a fun way to add some color and the black wall is a chalk board wall for some added fun.
Lastly, a good storage system is a necessity for keeping your sanity as a parent!! I’ve linked a bunch of my favorite options that hold large quantities of toys. Also, we display all their art work on a thumb tack board (each kid has one board) and of course, book holders.
