Okay, now that I’m back up and running with my blog, I wanted to share some of the photos I’ve been hoarding since my hiatus. Our engagement photos were taking in October 2015 but I still absolutely love them and they’re featured all around our house. Our photos were taken by Milla C Photography (who also photographed our wedding) and we absolutely loved her. The entire experience was so much fun! Also, Justine who owns Beauty Justified glammed me up for our photo shoot by doing my hair and makeup! I need another reason for her to doll me up because I loved every minute of it and of course the final product!
The locations we choose for our photo shoot were around Pittsburgh. The first look, on a path through the woods, was actually at the end of our street in Mt. Washington. The next location was featured all around downtown and below the convention center on the river walk.
My looks were actually not supposed to be these dresses. I had ordered four dresses from rent the runway and was planning to wear my two favorites. Well, the dresses got lost and never showed up for our picture day! That being said, I had ordered a couple dresses from Nordstroms just in case I didn’t like any of the rent the runway dresses and thanks goodness I did because they ended up being my only options!! However, at the end of the day I was so thrilled with the photos and how everything turned out!
